  • Do you accept insurance?
    Yes. Please contact our office to find out more information about your specific insurance provider. Most generally, we accept: - Aetna Medicaid - Cigna - Deer Oaks - Self Pay - Medicaid - Superior Health - United Health - Beacon Health Options - Blue Cross Blue Shield - Community First
  • What payment types do you accept?
    We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Cash pay, and HSA Cash Cards.
  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    We hope to schedule as many clients as possible so that they may also receive the help they need. Please know that if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us 24 hrs in advance, you will be charged the full amount of that missed session before you can reschedule another session.
  • How much will it cost for a Counseling session?
    If paying cash, our rates are $90-$120 per 45-60 min session. If you have insurance we will bill your insurance in office. You are responsible for your co-pay at the time of your session. You are also responsible for your deductible fee. Check with your insurance for the deductible and co-pay amount. Please inquire about a sliding scale fee if experiencing financial hardship.
  • Why do people seek counseling?
    From anxiety to depression, problems sustaining bonds and creating meaningful relationships, each clients needs are different. What connects them though is the want to do better and have a more gratifiying life which is where counseling comes in.
  • Do you offer counseling for children?
    Our counseling is designed for children, teens, and adults.
  • How long are typical sessions?
    A typical session is about 50 minutes in length. This may vary depending on individual needs.
